We booked the Berber Heritage Tour as our first family holiday outside Europe, and what a choice! Traveling with two teenagers, we were nervous about Algeria, but Ziri made everything smooth. Algerian Odyssey
Our crew of twelve Brits usually sticks to European city breaks, but this Sahara trip with Ziri was next level. Imagine a convoy of 4x4s carving across golden dunes, with our group stopping for camel rides and sunset picnics. Nights at camp were full of banter, music, and surprisingly good food (the tagines were unreal). The guides struck the right balance between safety and fun, letting us explore but always keeping things organized. Honestly, it felt like we had the desert to ourselves. This wasn’t just a holiday, it was a proper adventure – with the comfort of a boutique trip.
Saharan Dream
We’re in our 60s and usually book with companies like Abercrombie & Kent, but Ziri’s Algeria tours caught our eye – and we couldn’t be happier. We combined parts of the Berber Heritage Tour with a short Sahara stay. Highlights?
